37 Assam Rifles of 28 Sector Assam Rifles under the aegis of HQ IGAR (South) Assam Rifles has given emergency treatment to a 20 year old women on 05 Jul 12.Mrs Nikholen, Joupi village was brought to Unit Hospital 37 Assam Rifles in a state of shock. She was a case of 28 weeks Pregnancy with Ante Partum Hogg in preterm labor. Her Hb was only 6 gm %. She was given I.V fluid and Inj Anti biotic to stabilised her BP and control infection. After stabilization she was evacuated to Civil Hospital Sughu under supervision of this unit.
